The Linear Users Group (LUG) is a forum where users of Roland's Linear (L/A) synthesizers can exchange ideas on playing/composing, setting up, programming, repairing, and other aspects of working with L/A gear.
Models up for discussion include the D-50, D-10, D-20, D-5, D-110, D-70, MT-32, D-550, MT-100, LAPC, GR-50, and RA-50. We have 110+ members from all over the world ... Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, South Africa, Taiwan, the UK, and the US. If you own an L/A synthesizer or if you have any words of Linear wisdom to contribute, then please come aboard and make the list richer with your presence.

Here's the rebuilt Roland L/A Synth Site.  Toned down a little, quicker loading.  I hope you like it.
This page is dedicated to the Roland family of L/A synthesizers and other closely related instruments. 'L/A', depending on where you look and who you ask, stands for Linear Arithmetic, Additive, or Algorithmic synthesis, an approach to sound construction involving the use of PCM samples (digital recordings of 'real' instruments), analog waveforms --- sine and square for example, and combinations thereof (structures).
